Dressel Divers may have the answer. They are a Spanish company currently with dive centres in Spain, Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
You can train with them to become a PADI Instructor and they will guarantee you a job afterwards. They will deduct the cost of the training from your salary in monthly installments. But if you stay with them for 36 months they will reimburse your training costs!
