Land Temperature: For Galapagos the climate is tropical. January to June is warm and wet. June to December is cooler and drier and the sea can be choppy.
Water Temperature: 18-27°C (65-80°F)
When to go: December, January, May, June. Whale sharks are most frequently seen in May and June.
Wetsuit required:  5-7mm
Visibility: 15-30m in December, January, May, June. Lower in other months.
Diving types: Reefs, walls, drop offs, pinnacles. Drift diving. Deep diving.
Experience Level: Intermediate to Experienced.
Marine life: Scalloped ammerhead sharks, galapagos sharks, whale sharks, reef sharks, dolphins, sea lions, penguins, turtles, manta rays, humpback whales, tuna. Many endemic marine species.
