When to go:

Great Barrier Reef: August to December is the best time

Western Australia: The best months are March and April when coral spawns and pelagics such as whale sharks visit.

Wetsuit required:  3mm shorty to 7mm full suit
Visibility: 5-50m
Diving types: Everything! The worlds largest barrier reef, great wrecks, frontier diving, cage diving.
Experience Level: Beginner to Experienced
Marine life: Everything! Whale sharks, potato cod the size of cars, great white sharks, leafy seagragons
After diving:  Go walkabout in the bush. Go surfing. Have a BBQ on the beach.
